HAPPINESS/ LIBERATION FROM SUFFERING
Happiness is a state we all aspire to achieve and, of course, we naturally have the right to fulfil that aspiration.
In order to find our true inner happiness it is important to realise that we are all dependent upon each other, and so should always try to do our very best by one another. If we are aware of our actions toward others and try to live showing love and compassion and true good heart, are kind to ourselves as well as others, then we will walk the spiritual path to liberation from suffering.
It is important to understand the following four basic principles:
1. We are conscious that suffering is a reality, and if we are
suffering we become aware of this.
2. If we are suffering we become aware of what has caused our
suffering.
3. We gain understanding if we can find a true spiritual path to help
eliminate our suffering, actively seeking a cure.
4. We make every effort to walk this spiritual path to liberation
from suffering.
The Buddha taught that we can find liberation from suffering, and that we must make every effort to find a cure for our suffering in order to bring happiness to not only ourselves, but to those around us as well. He also taught that it is possible to find liberation from suffering, and that it all begins with the realisation that suffering is present.
As a way of helping others I use my healing Buddhist singing bowl on a daily basis, and pray daily for those in need. If you are unwell or need direction, then I may be able to help. The Buddhist singing bowl is extremely powerful, and always used with compassion for the seeker of help.
If you feel I can help you then please do get in touch no matter what your difficulty.
EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO HAPPINESS
I have a great love of Buddhism, and have found that through following the teachings of the Dalai Lama and the scriptures on the Art Of Happiness, a great happiness has been achieved in my own life.
I welcome any communication from those interested in receiving a list of books and tapes which have inspired me on the way to opening my own 'road to happiness'.
